Cheekymums Returns and Exchanges Procedures
We hope that you are very happy with your order. But if you are not then we want to know why.
In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please return the product/s to Cheekymums @ P.O. Box 1152, St. Albans, AL1 9WD, UK.
We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item. It must be suitably packed. Photographs must be emailed to us before posting out, showing any faults, to email@example.com.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however this can take up to 14 days from the date of receipt during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact us at 07732 771 448.
You may cancel an order at any time before it’s been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to contact us immediately by either telephone or email and follow the procedures above for refunds but please note that it must be in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.
